Mary Ann and Gianna were the epitome of professionalism but don't take that as not personable because they are also really personable. We interviewed 3 agents. All of whom were really good, but none of them had the track record of Mary Ann. I will say our house was in really good condition, but we still did everything we were advised by Mary Ann's stager, as well as what Mary Ann and Gianna advised -- and it worked. Our house sold in 4 days, and I believe set a record for our area at the time. The whole Schiarelli team was fantastic, and I am sure will continue to be as we move forward to closing. I highly recommend Mary Ann. As we are moving to another area, I can't use her for buying -- but, let me tell you, she was fantastic for selling!

When we were looking to purchase a condo in Toronto we were referred to Gianna from one of our friends who had worked with her. An estate sale is a very emotional undertaking - even for the adult children left behind.  We grew up in our parents Old Oakville home as children and have so many fond memories.  It was important that we found an agent to represent us who was knowledgable regarding estate sales and probate, but more importantly someone who was genuinely caring, compassionate, trustworthy and had our backs.  After interviewing three agents, we knew immediately that Mary Ann was the right fit. I have known Mary Ann for nearly 10 years and it has been truly a pleasure knowing her and working with her through two home sales and two purchases in Oakville over the last decade. Buying the House
* Mary Ann was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods of interest. She knew who the builder of the house was, common problems that she has seen people face in similar houses, she knew what made one small street different than the other. All these small insights, helped me get a very informed view of the houses and make a decision accordingly. Her ads say "Invaluable Real Estate Intel" and thats exactly what you get.

*She is also a fierce negotiator. She helped us get an amazing price for our new house. We could not believe it when she came back to us with the final price.

Selling the House
* She is extremely thorough. She went through our house and put a post-it on every small thing that needed to be fixed. And when I say small, I mean very small things that people won't even notice. She had her handyman fix all these issues. When she was done with the fixing and the staging, the house looked amazing

* Once again, she advised us so well on the selling price and strategy, and there was a bidding war on our house, in today's market!

Another thing we really loved about her was that she was on our side even later. For instance, we were talking to a contractor to get some renovations done. He was quoting us a really high price for everything. Mary Ann instantly let us know that the price is too high and that we can get a lower price (and we did, a lot lower).

We cannot thank her enough for all her help. She has been wonderful and we highly recommend her.
