Mary Ann Schiralli did an incredible job assisting us purchase our first home! As first time buyers, the prospect of buying in this market can be overwhelming and scary. My experience with Mary Ann and Gianna was in both buying and selling. When we finally found a property that checked virtually every box on my want list, Mary Ann went into super agent mode. She outlined all the what's, why's and when's and hours later I had successfully purchased a gorgeous new home. Next step, put my house on the market.
