My experience with Mary Ann and Gianna was in both buying and selling. When we finally found a property that checked virtually every box on my want list, Mary Ann went into super agent mode. She outlined all the what's, why's and when's and hours later I had successfully purchased a gorgeous new home. Next step, put my house on the market. At the end of the summer of 2020, we made a substantial life decision to sell our home of 20 years. We loved this place and all the memories that we created there, and having a positive experience leaving our house was super important to us.
